Cloud365 Selects Equinix Data Center in Melbourne to Manage Expanding Cloud Demand in Australia
SYDNEY—December 2, 2014—Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX), the global interconnection and data centercompany, today announced that Cloud365 has selected Equinix’s first Melbourne data center, ME1, to meet demand for cloud deployments in Australia. Cloud365 is leveraging Equinix’s state-of-the-art facility to bolster its global presence and consolidate its infrastructure across 14 international points of presence.

- According to industry research firm Forrester, the Asia-Pacific cloud computing market is expected to grow from $6.9 billion in 2013 to $31.9 billion in 2020.
